The agreement reached today by noon has not become concrete in a final draft with the Constitutional amends.
The news was confirmed for Top Channel by official sources of the Conference of Chairmen, which gathered this afternoon to decide how this Thursday’s session will be managed.
The main issue is voting the constitutional amends, but chairmen of the parliamentary groups have not a draft with the agreed amends.
Sources confirm that the Parliament Speaker, Ilir Meta, asked Fatmir Xhafa to gather an urgent meeting of the commission, summon the negotiators and detail the agreement that was reached with the intermediation of Johanes Hahn, the EU Commissioner for Enlargement.
