US ultimatum. “No time for changes. Pass the justice reform”

The US Vice Ambassador, David Muniz, gave two concrete cases when US
companies decided to leave Albania after facing unfair trials. He said
that these companies decided to invest their 250 million USD somewhere
else.
Foreign investors and their diplomatic representatives supported the Justice Reform without reserves, so that this situation comes to an end. But while the reform is in its last chapter, while the Democratic Party has its own draft, the Americans have a message to give.
“The Parliament is on the right time to pass the reform. If there are negotiations, they should be held so that the final draft is voted. It is very late to make essential amends for important part of the reforms. We must progress and finalize it. There is no more time for delays and infinite arguments”, David Muniz said.
The Ambassadors have started to insinuate that they know who is against the reform.
“There are groups and individuals who don’t want this reform. We know this. We know their reasons and fear. They will try until the end to postpone the reform, to change it and make it impossible. But there is no more time to play hide and seek”, said Romana Vlahutin, ambassador of the EU in Albania.
No one has mentioned any name so far, but it seems they are giving time for negotiations and a consensual draft.
