Albanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Gent Cakaj held a meeting with the Director General of Road Traffic and Transport at the German Federal Ministry of Transport, Guido Zielke.
In a Facebook post, Cakaj suggests that after the technical verification process for the procedures of obtaining driving licenses and traffic safety in Albania, will immediately proceed a momentum towards the final agreement for their reciprocal recognition.
According to Cakaj this will facilitate the life of Albanians in the Federal Republic of Germany. He also clarified that the practice will not take time, as the decision-making process will be examined in all 16 German states before being submitted for approval at federal level.
