Zheji: Pre-edited electoral videos, abnormal

“It would be better if the news was not pre-edited”, he declared during a discussion on Top-Channel’s “Shqip”.
However, Zheji expressed his critics against Top Channel, which, according to him, broadcasts the campaigns of Rama and Berisha, leaving Basha aside, who brings only pre-edited videos.

“I have followed the campaign, and the Top-Channel reporter has interviewed a militant that praises Rama and another one that talks bad about Basha. I think that in this context, a pre-edited video from the candidate is not different”, says Zheju, who also explained the motives of his stance.

”Secondly, Mr. Rama does not accept a debate with Basha on TV. He does not accept Basha as an equal candidate. Thirdly, we see at Top Channel Mr. Rama as the Socialist Party leader, as the candidate for Mayor and then we see Berisha, as Democratic Party leader. This means that they produce the balance Rama-Berisha, but Basha is left aside. What is happening is that it is being created an informative blackout, in the name of a standard”, Zheji added.
