The General Surgery Pavillion at the Pediatric Hospital will have two
reanimation rooms for children even before they enter the surgery room.
The Air Traffic Agency “Albcontrol”, in cooperation with the Tirana University Hospital Center, made possible two rooms for young patients with immunitary diseases, adequate for their ages.
“Today we started by distributing gifts to children, but we know that children need more than gifts. Together with the director and the hospital staff, we are here to start a project for creating two sterile rooms which will contribute in increasing the quality of the hospital service, and help the children in need”, declared Sokol Reveli, Director of the Operational Division at “AlbControl”.
The Tirana University Hospital Center, Ogerta Manastirliu, declared that this is a huge help made to the Paediatric Service in this time of difficult financial conditions for the TUHC.
“The first initiative will be the creation of two sterile rooms for children, by offering all the equipments that are needed for them. We thank not only ‘AlbControl’, which in this case helped in these difficult days for the hospital, due to the lack of funds”, Manastirliu declared.
