Xhuvani accused for four murders. Chief of Police: “He wasn’t wanted by the police”

Xhuvani was caught near the bar where the massacre took place. He is accused for killing four people, charges for which the minimal sentence is 20 years. His friend, Erald Sida, is accused of favoring prostitution.

Albano Ballcaj was released since he is not suspected for murder. He simply was involved in the conflict that precipitated to a massacre.

The General Chief of Police, Artan Didi, declared that all police chiefs should take yesterday’s event as an example and promote values. Although what happened was very severe, your reaction showed that the state police is answering to these situations with professionalism”, he declared.

Didi answered to the accusations of the DP, that Konstandin Xhuvani was wanted by the police.

“This person was not wanted by the police. After a report is made, the police declares a person wanted for one month. But if no evidence is brought for one month, he is not wanted anymore”, Didi declared.

Didi gave these declarations from Vlore, during a meeting with the police forces who prevented a bank robbery a few days ago.
