Wollfarth: Calm and free elections

Head of the OSCE presence in Albania, Eugen Wollfarth, declared that the police is preparing in the best possible way for the May 8th local elections.

“It is very important for these elections to be calm, free and without problems. The citizens should follow and identify the programs of the candidates”, Wollfarth said, after a meeting with the Albanian Chief of Police, Hysni Burgaj.

Burgaj declared that he guaranteed the ambassador that the police are committed to protect the law and its citizens.
