Linda Rama: Between Family, Work and Albania’s Future Six witnesses told the court about their horrible experience when Viktor
Gushi, the defendant, pointed a gun to their heads and demanded money.
One of them, Elisa Bele, told the judge that Viktor Gushi was looking nervously at his watch and fired a shot to the Bank Director, before threatening the girl to fill the bag with money. Although the crime took place in 2009, the marks were still visible.
The same story was told by Suela Bregu, Anita Bonata and Enida Greca, who underlined that Gushi was very quick and aggressive and once he had shot the guard when he didn’t lied down when he was ordered.
Lawyer Vjollca Pustina told the Judge that all these testimonies were useless, since Victor Gushi had confessed.
Victor Gushi is accused of 15 robberies that caused the death of two people and five wounded.
