Where is the road project?

Artan Shkreli asked the Municipality to not make politically motivated declarations, but make public the Elbasan road widening project, together with the construction permit, if they have it.

“The citizens want the project and the construction permit. The situation is against the law, to the point that they don’t have a construction permit for giving it to us. Based on the new Urban Law, they cannot receive the permit. They don’t have a basic document where to support their request for the permit. They must have an approved regulation plan, a document from the National Council of Territory Regulation, a document from Prime Minister Berisha, who represents it. They need too many documents for the construction permit, but they are giving only declarations because they have no permit”, Shkreli declared.
