President Alexandar Vucic says more than possible western sanctions about Kosovo’s issue, he’s concerned about problems such as Serbs leaving their country and the low fertility rates.
He says that Serbia’s own wrong policies have sealed Kosovo’s independence, as he denied voices about a “Washington Document” discussed between USA and EU.
