After three Socialist MPs were fined by the Tirana court, the fourth to
lose his battle against the Democratic MP, Albana Vokshi, is Erion
Brace.
Judge Fatime Decolli fined Brace with 1 million ALL for moral damages, after a suit filed by the Democratic MP, Albana Vokshi.
The decision was taken after 15 sessions that took more than one year and a half. Vokshi claims that Brace’s declarations had caused her moral damages, after she was attacked by the Socialists for not declaring the assets of Arjan Tartari, the man with whom she lives together.
Sued by Vokshi are Vasilika Hysi, Mimi Kodheli, Olta Xhacka, Taulant Balla and Besnik Baraj.
Last month, Vokshi won against Sajmir Tahiri, Eduard Shalsi and Artan Gace.
