The Voivodina government has decided to compensate the Albanian bakers
and whose businesses were attacked after the Serbia-Albania match.
There are 15 objects that have been damaged due to this aggression, and they will be compensated with 50.000 EUR.
This decision transmits positive messages from the Voivodina politicians, saying that violence is not the real face of their country, which has more than 60 different nationalities. Vojvodina also shelters refugees from the last wars.
Vojvodina is known for its tolerance and it has more than 10 official languages, and there are always reactions like these after incidents with Albanians.
Citizens have protested against the violence, while police has arrested some football fans who are suspected for the attacks.
