The Vlore Police, in cooperation with the Delta Forces, seized two tons of cannabis sativa during an operation this Monday.
After receiving information about movement of narcotic substances in the Vlore River, the Vlore Police, supported by the Delta Forces, rushed to the Kote village.
Police searched the vehicle and found 2 tons of cannabis sativa. According to police, the license plates were stolen.
The three people involved were immediately arrested. After the interrogation, police said that the drugs was headed to Italy.
The drug had come from the Kuc village, in a deep Vlore area. Police are working for finding the collaborators in this traffic.
The Vlore Plice, in cooperation with the Delta Force and the Italian Guardia di Finanzia, has blocked huge amounts of cannabis and very fast boat.
