The Vlore Police has prevented a crim in the city’s center after police
patrol identified a group of people involved in a conflict and took
three persons under custody, two of them armed.
The 23-year-old Eusebio Bitaj had a pistol he was using to threaten K.H and L.H brothers, 26 and 24 years old.
The agents neutralized him and took him under custody. Bitaj had hit the two brothers on their heads with the gun’s barrel. One of the brothers had to be taken to hospital.
