The Vlore Police directory announced the arrest of Adnand Fotaq Gori, 32
year old from Vlore, accused of having killed Ardian Dervishaj,
administrator and representative of the landowners of a construction
site.
The suspect was caught in Tirana’s suburbs, where he was hiding in a rented house.
He has a criminal history of intentional injury, for which he was sentenced to three years in prison.
The conflict that left the 52 year old dead, was about the property where is being built a new apartment building.
Dervishaj had received the land from Adnand Gori, 31 year old. After a debate, the 31-year-old shot the constructor with a handgun, who died later in hospital, regardless the doctors’ efforts to revive him.
