A property ownership conflict has taken the life of a 52 year old in Vlore.
Ardian Dervishaj was a constructor who was building on the property of the 31 year old Adnand Gori, whom the police consider as the author of the crime.
The conflicts for the percentage of the construction made the 31 Gori shoot Dervishaj with a firearm.
The murder took place in Vlore suburbs, near the disputed construction, where the victim had a harsh debate with Gori.
The 31 year old has allegedly shot the 52 year old builder with a handgun around 14:00. Despite the doctors’ effort to save him, he passed away at 19:00.
Police identified the author of the crime, who has disappeared.
