Vjollca Hoxha: “Top Channel”, the dream that brings many others

I feel very happy and excited that we are celebrating together the 10th anniversary of Top Channel, with so many honored friends. I want to thank you all; all those who honored us with their presence; all workers and collaborators that contributed in this decade for realizing the big dream of Dritan Hoxha.

A dream that stills continues and that brings on many others. We are only 10 years old, still a child, and children have many dreams for their future.

Therefore, our dream continues.

I turn my head back in time and I can see better what we were able to turn into reality.

We have achieved many successes that there is no need to repeat now. Many of them were mentioned during this evening, but I want to make a special mention to only one aspect, the national one.

We have been able to bring all Albanians together; we have united the Albanian lands, where borders do not matter anymore. We have torn down the walls and united our people in Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Greece and wherever there are Albanian speaking people. A great achievement, another dream of Dritan Hoxha, turned into reality.

This is one of the reasons why we decided that this year, in this important anniversary of Top Channel, to give the “Dritan Hoxha” Foundation award to a very well known scholar, someone who has contributed so much for our national cause, Professor Kristo Frasheri.
