The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, asked the implementation of
strategies in the fight against organized crime, corruption and human
traffic.
During the meeitng of the Visa Liberation Leading Committee and the negotiating team for the Stability and Association Agreement, Thaci declared that this is a precondition for the visa liberalization. The Prime Minister added that there is an increasing number of repatriation agreements with the European Union states, Turkey and Afghanistan. He added that Kosovo should create better conditions for the repatriated persons, especially those with special health needs.
“We need to create better conditions for the reintegration of repatriated people, especially those with special health needs, or communities that need institutional care”, Thaci declared.
The Kosovo Prime Minister asked more cooperation from the border police, customs, the veterinary and food agencies, for integrated border management. Monday on October 28th will officially start the SAA negotiations, and according to Thaci, shis should another motivation for everyone to work harder.
