The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, declared at the National
Conference Against Violence on Women that victims need an immediate
help.
“We will help women victims with free legal services. We need to resolve this problem that has reached concerning levels in Albania and that is a clear violation of the human rights”, Rama declared.
The Prime Minister underlined that the Welfare check should be given to Albanian wives when they have alcoholized husbands, and emphasized creating employment opportunities and integration of victims.
