Violating collective work contract

Rustem Murrja, a teacher at the Skender Luarasi school has accused the
Tirana Education Directory of violating the collective working contract.
Mr. Murrja should retire on April 20th, but he was replaced today by another teacher.
“All procedures have been violated. I will retire on April 20th. The employee is not allowed to fire the employees during the year, and the contract says that I will continue working until May and June”, Murrja declared.
The collective contract says that the teachers should continue working until the end of the academic year.
“The teacher should notify, because the school director receives the document and he will implement it”, declared Fatbardha Keci, vice Chairman of the Syndication Confederation.
The School director refused to speak for the media, but he has communicated to the teachers that the decision had come from the Education Directory. The replacing teacher has started working, while Mr. Murrja was asked to start his annual leave.
