Krusha e Madhe in Rahovec, Kosovo, is the place where most of the women have lost their husbands and are obliged to live alone.
13 years ago, 162 women remained widows after the Serbian forces slaughtered 226 mend and boys, in one of the most atrocious of the Kosovo war.
Krusha e Madhe was the village that sacrificed most for Kosovo’s independence. But today, the women are facing the battle to survive for themselves and their children.
Top Channel’s “Pasdite” visited this village to show the extraordinary strength that women can find in such extreme conditions.
