Vetting Law, Judge Ilir Celiku removed from Vetting Process

The Independent Commission of Qualifications decided to interrupt the Vetting Process for Judge Ilir Celiku, member of the Vlora Court of Appeal.

Celiku is removed from the Vetting process because of he resigned before it started. He is the 10th official who has been removed from the process so far.

Among the nine other officials is the former Prosecutor General, Adriatik Llalla, and former Constitutional Court member, Besnik Imeraj.

Erlindi Basha, Legal Assistant at the Supreme Court

Ilir Pashaj, Judge at the Court of First Instance, Elbasan

Etleva Sherifi, Legal Assistant at the Supreme Court

Adnand Berdica, Legal Assistant at the Supreme Court

Mirela Fana, Judge at the Supreme Court

Sulejman Tola, Prosecutor at the Prosecution of the First Instance Court, Kruja

Eritan Shehu, Legal Assistant at the Supreme Court

Adriatik Llalla, former Prosecutor General

Besnik Imeraj, former member of the Constitutional Court
