The leader of the Democratic Party of Kosovo and also Speaker of Parliament, Kadri Veseli, said for “Express” newspaper that the Special Court is clearly against Kosovo, but it will be created anyway because the government has no power to stop it.
“Kosovo deserves that Court less than anyone in the world, but the Court will be created, despite the hundreds of arguments against it. It is an injustice being done on behalf of justice”, Veseli writes.
He adds that the Special Court is unstoppable, and this was seen after the reaction that was caused when MPs decided to repeal it. The MPs, according to Veseli, had not made calculations well and failed to continue their initiative with seriousness.
