US Vice Ambassador: Leaders must leave disagreements behind
16/04/2019 20:23
The US Vice Ambassador in the USA, Leyla Moses Ones, shared a personal history regarding breast cancer.
“12 years ago I lost my mother to cancer. Hence, I know from personal experience how the breast cancer affects all of us, regardless of who we are or where we come from, political affiliations, family ties, rich or poor. Breast cancer is blind to privileges. We know that the diagnosis is heartbreaking for families, and as result no employer should punish the women who need to fight this horrible disease”, Moses Ones said.
Moses-Ones said that the Albanian leaders must work together to improve the situation for women in Albania, especially for those with breast cancer.
