US military ship opens doors to visitors

The US military ship that arrived in our country has attracted interest
of curious people, and has opened its doors for the public.
The USS Gunstan Hall crew organized a reception for high rank officials, on the occasion of their visit in Durres.
Representatives from the Ministry of Defense, the Interior Ministry, local leaders and MPs were present in the receivement.
The ship captain welcomed the guests, while the Vice Admiral Frank Pandolfe considered the visit in Durres as an indicator of the increasing cooperation between voth countries in defense and security for the entire region.
The present guests were greeted by the vice Ambassador in Tirana, Deborah Jones. The ship with a 685 marine crew will leave after two days.
On the last day they will perform a training at the Inter-Institutional Maritime Operations Centre for the Intensification of Actions against Maritime Traffick.
The crew will visit the cities of Berat, Fier, Shkoder, Tirana and Kruja, for getting acquainted with our country.
