US adoptive mother arrested, charged with domestic violence against minors

The 47-year-old American was arrested after two of her adopted children, who were missing, told police after they were found that they have left home because she was beating them.

Baily-Key has three biological children and four adopted. The 47-year-old declared she has not abused, but hit them once as punishment when she caught them stealing money from her.

Police verified signs of violence on their legs, most probably caused by a belt. This was enough for the court to hold the American citizen in prison until trial.
