Two wounded in Lushnje over property conflict

The construction of an object near the Loni Dhamo neighborhood in Lushnje has caused a serious conflict today.
Arben Zdrava, resident in an apartment building, has had a conflict with the owners of a construction that received a permit a few years ago and how has started working.
The construction has blocked the view of the first stores of the building, not allowing the sun to enter their homes.
This was the cause of the conflict. The owners have debated with Zdrava and then they have physically attacked him.
Zdrava returned home and used a hunting rifle to shoot against the owner, the 64 year old Caush Caushi.
The shots have also wounded a passerby girl, the 24 year old Vilma Qole.
Both victims are out of life threatening danger. Police have taken the author under custody and seized the weapon of the crime.
