Two coalitions were officially registered for the Dibra elections. There
are four parties supporting the Socialist candidate, Muharrem Rama.
However, the government coalition is focused on the political forces
that receive more votes in the area.

There are 12 parties from the opposition supporting the Democratic Party candidate, this time even with the Demo-Christians of Nard Ndoka.

The Red and Black Alliance was allied for the first time with the Democratic Party, while the United for Human Rights Party of Vangjel Dule is not registered.

The Central Election Commission rejected the applications of seven smaller parties which had not returned funds to the state budget for the past elections.
