
The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, met this afternoon with the President of the European Council, Donald Tusk.
Tusk valued the meeting as very positive, through a “Twitter” post, and said that Albania should keep the current pace of reforms.
Tusk told Prime Minister Rama that he values the courageous reforms, which should be a model for the region.
“We are on the same side. Our cooperation and talks serve to the European future of Albania. You have only friends in Brussels. I reconfirm that we value your deep and courageous process of reforms”, Tusk said.
The Albanian Prime Minister posted on social media: “In Brussels with the President of the Euroepan Council, Donald Tusk, who valued the progress of Albania’s courageous reforms, as a positive model for the entire region”, Rama wrote.
