Gynecologist Petrit Rexhepi and anesthesiologist Elona Burba faced trial
for the death of their patient, Doriana Haka, who passed away two weeks
after bringing her daughter to life.
The father of the victim, wife of the Partizani football player, Alban Hoxha, said that his daughter died because of their negligence.
“I hope there will be justice. My daughter died when she was 25, never sick in her life. She was a sportswoman. She asked for help during hospitalization but it was denied. She would have been saved if they had given her oxygen 10 minutes earlier”, Haka says.
