Transportation Minister publishes Chinese project for Arber Road

“28.8 billion ALL is the value of the project calculated by the Albanian road authority. The Chinese Company has presented a bid 25% lower, 21 billion ALL. The project will have a special procedure, outside the concessionary laws. The investment will be funded by a loan of the Chinese Bank of Exports and will be paid with annual installments by the budget.
