Tourism earned half a billion EUR this summer, leading economic growth

Foreign visitors have spent 521 million EUR in Albania from July to September, 25% more than the same time of the past year.

For the first nine months, the Albanian economy has received 1.1 billion EUR, or 15% more than one year ago.

This is the highest ever recorded from tourist, which means the sector might have turned into a leading element of the economic growth.
