The head of the New Democratic Spirit, Bamir Topi announced this
Thursday that the political party he leads has accepted the invitation
of Prime Minister Edi Rama for negotiations, as part of the cooperation
for the local elections of June 21-st.
“The negotiations mark the start of the negotiations, based in the main principles of the NDS. These negotiations aren’t simply for electoral interests”, declared Topi, stressing that now it’s the time modern politics for the administration of the cities.

Topi stressed that the right coalitions has a very hostile attitude toward NDS, meanwhile the invitation for negotiations from the SP Party was accepted positively by all members of the NDS.
