The New Democratic Spirit party inaugurated its branch in Pogradec,
where the leader Bamir Topi, the former Albanian President, published
some of the plans of this party.

Same as in the other meetings with the supporters, Topi denied any chance of cooperation with the two big parties.

“In 2013 we exclude all alliances with the two old parties of the transition”, Topi declared, underlining that the NDS was not summoned at the Presidential meeting for establishing the Election Day.

“We are not surprised by the fact that we were not summoned. This shows the fear that they have from the party that we represent”, Topi declared.

The former President declared that the NDS will reach the required results in the next electoral process.

“We have the necessary experience in politics and will make everything possible to achieve results”, Topi added.

The NDS leader spoke about the General Prosecutor’s mandate, stating: “The mandate of the new General prosecution enters in act with the Constitutional amends. The other decisions are anti-constitutional”, he declared.

Topi commented the visit of the Serbian Foreign Minister in Tirana, saying that it is something normal but that the Albanian Foreign Minister, Edmond Panariti, must make public what they were discussing about.
