Topi felicitates German President

“On behalf of the Albanian people and mine, I have the special honor to give you the warmest and friendliest felicitations for your election as President of the German Federal Republic”, Topi’s message says.

The Head of the Albanian State added that his victory and election as President are very positive events for the German nation, which will influence a further reinforcement of the excellent relations between our countries.

“I want to express my belief that the friendship, partnership and cooperation between Albania and Germany will continue to be consolidated in interest of the progress of both countries and our joint efforts for the consolidation of democracy, freedom and the human rights developments in our country and the entire Balkan region”, Topi emphasizes.
