Topalli assembles the Conference of Chairmen

The Parliament Speaker, Jozefina Topalli, assembled yesterday the
Conference of Chairmen, where she proposed that the laws that require
qualified majority should be returned in the Parliamentary Commissions,
after the return that was made once during September.
Topalli said that this is another offer for enabling the opposition to bring new propositions for these laws, in order to progress with the implementation of the 12 EU recommendations.
The Socialist Parliament Group leader, Gramoz Ruci, and the Vice Parliament Speaker, Namik Dokle, demanded to include in the new schedule the process for reviewing the Parliamentary Regulation.
The Parliament Speaker explained that the Regulation review is already included in the working calendar, after being voted in the plenary session of 13 October 2011.
