Tirana, teaching in the cold

The students of “Vasil Shanto” and “Pjeter Budi” say that it is difficult for them to stay in classroom for many hours, due to the cold conditions.

The teachers and school directors do not comment the situation, and have not allowed news cameras in the classrooms. On the other hand, the concerned parents are ready to contribute for buying conditioners, but the electric network of the schools cannot afford these appliances. Only some schools in the Albanian capital have a heating system, which are used for three or four hours in these cold days.
