Tirana, process against Frroku postponed

The trial against Arben Frroku didn’t succeed even this Wednesday.

Different from other sessions, the witness under the Prosecution’s protection was present this time at the Court of Serious Crimes, but now the lawyer of Frroku was missing, Genc Gjokutaj.

The lawyer of Arben Frroku, Genc Gjokutaj, reacted by saying that the witness could not be interrogated without fixing the procedural basis for the interrogation.

According to Gjokutaj, the media has given wrong information about this issue, since the witness has never been interrogated, different from what has been reported.
