Although temperatures have dropped to seven degrees in Tirana, children
in kindergartens are obliged to face them without a heating system.
An electric heater is the only thing that warms the environment for children at Kindergarten 36 in Tirana, and this was bought by parents. Meanwhile, there is no heating in the sleeping rooms.
In fact, most of kindergartens in the Albanian capital have been reconstructed and now have central heating, but the municipality has not given the burning materials, although it should have been supplied by November 15th.
In other kindergartens, where the heating system is not installed, children can get heat from electric heaters bought by parents. After asking the authorities, we were informed that burning fuel would be given to kindergartens with heating systems.
