Tirana Municipality passes budget

With 28 votes from the majority in favour, the Budget 2013 for the Tirana Municipality passed with a value of 80 million USD.
The opposition was against, accusing for lack of transparency after the Municipality failed to tell how they realized the budget of one year ago.
The Socialists accused the Municipality of reducing investments and increasing money for payments and social insurances, due to the increased number of workers in the municipality structures.
The Socialists also declared that 3850 businesses have closed due to the high taxes.
