The protest held this Tuesday in the capital by the opposition marked
tension that was condemned by the USA and the EU, same as PM Rama on
Facebook.
For the first time in history, the Mayor of Tirana gave a punitive measure after evaluating the damage of the five hour protest.
The cost of the total damage has been evaluated at 16.37 million ALL, charged to the Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha.
The Municipality say they will have to pay within seven days, on behalf of his institution.
