The Construction Inspectorate of the Tirana Municipality has intervened
again for demolishing a building that belongs to the actor Lulzim Zeqja.
The two storey building, according to the owners, has all necessary documentation. This house had been burned one year ago, and the owners had to reconstruct it.
Several Municipal Police forces have followed this operation at the “Qemal Stafa” road in Tirana, while the neighbors of the owner have also debated with the Municipal Police, confirming that the residence was legal.
The construction inspectorate started the operation in the afternoon and continued it during the night.
