Tirana Mayor presents new street reconstruction

The Mayor of Tirana, Lulzim Basha, has inspected the works at the
segment that connects the 5 Maji Street with Selaudin Zorba Street in
Tirana.
“The street that connects Selaudin Zorba and 5 Maji has no name or anything else. It is not paved, it has no underground networks, illumination or green areas. However, this street is used each day by 15.000 residents and serves to a community of 4000 residents. The reconstruction will end within 10 months. The street is 1 km long and has all parameters of a modern street in a modern Eruopean city”, Basha declared.
The Mayor declared that the power network will also be regulated underground, together with the Albtelecom cables, and trees will be planted on both sides.
