Tirana Mayor on June 1st: “We built 16 playgrounds in Tirana’s neighborhoods”

Wishing a happy June 1st to children, the Mayor said he was enthusiastic that many children in the Albanian capital can now play where one year ago, parties made a political battlefield, against the construction of the playground.

“I am happy to see that all the playground areas are full of children today”, Veliaj said.

Children held activities at the newly restored Tirana’s “bazaar”, with ballet numbers and songs, while animators and plenty of balloons turned Tirana’s center into a special place for children.
