The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, licensed 500 apartment building administrators in the capital.
“Most of the people want a civilized public order to feel European. It’s not a passport that makes us European, but behavior”, Veliaj said.
He guaranteed that administrators will represent citizens’ interests in every building.
Veliaj added that with the distribution of 500 licenses in Tirana they have created 500 new jobs.
