Tirana, Lapraka citizens in protest
13/12/2012 00:00
Thousands of residents in Tirana have remained without electricity,
after a construction company hired by the Tirana Municipality to clean
the canalization system has cut the electric cables in Lapraka.
Several areas in Tirana were in total black out for several hours.
CEZ Company declared that the black out will continue, because the problem is very serious. The workers are still unable to find a part of the cable, while the residents accuse the CEZ employees, saying that they asked them to buy the cable before starting the repair.
This is not the first time that the residents remain without electricity or water when construction companies do not have the map of cables and water pipes.
