The Tirana-Elbasan road was opened today for vehicles, after it was blocked for several days due to landslides.
The Ministry of Transportation declared early that it is impossible to work in the area, due to the atmospheric conditions.
“As regards the final choice, we are about the finalize the report that will give a solution not only for the old road, but also for the new project of the Elbasan-Tirana road”, declared Dashamir Gjika, Director of Albanian Road Authority.
