Tirana-Durres highway blocked by floods

The Tirana-Durres highway has been blocked at its sixth kilometers, after the water level reached 75 centimeters.
The Traffic Police said they have deviated the circulation towards the secondary road.
Water has flooded several businesses and homes around the highway.
Other problems have been reported at the Nation’s Road, Permet, Fier, Gjirokastra, Vlora and Shkodra.
