Tirana, Basha promises real estate certification

On April 7th, the Democrat Candidate for Tirana Municipality, Lulëzim Basha, visited Municipal Unit no. 7.
During the door to door meetings with the residents, he heard their concerns on infrastructure, local taxes and uncertified apartment buildings.
This was an occasion for Basha to promise that if he wins, in the first six months he will realize the full certification of newly built apartment complexes, to unblock the real estate market.
“What will happen with real estate certification”, a resident asked. “Within the first six months, all capital will be unblocked and the residents will receive their certification”, Basha promised.
With Municipal Unit no. 7 Lulëzim Basha ended the tour of door to door meeting with all Tirana Municipal Units.
