The Tirana police arrested three robbers suspected of stealing a bank at
the former Block area. Ervin Hodaj, Chief of the Tirana Police,
announced the names of the suspects and said they have worked with
accelerated procedures to finalized the investigations, mainly through
surveillance.
Roland Liti, 37, born in Tirana, with just eight years of elementary state education, formerly convicted for robbery.
Alan Babamato, born in Fier, resident in Tirana, university graduate, never convicted.
Robert Kulla, son of notorious criminal, Nehat Kulla, 35, born and resident in Tirana, with just eight years of elementary state education, former convicted for kidnapping and illegal arm possession.
Police found 16.730 USD, 10.480 EUR and 262.000 ALL in their homes, and also tools used for opening doors.
The Security Chief of the bank branch is also in prison.
